Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Basket Labs ("Basket", "we", "us") handles information when you use the Basket website and application (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
- Public on-chain data. When you connect a wallet or copy a basket, the relevant public addresses and transactions are read from public blockchains. This data is already public by nature.
- Usage and device data. Standard analytics such as pages viewed, approximate region, browser type, and referring links, collected to understand and improve the Service.
- Communications. If you email us or join a community channel, we keep what you send so we can respond.
2. What we do not collect
We do not request or store your private keys, seed phrases, or custody of your funds. We do not require an account, a legal name, or government ID to browse baskets. We do not sell your personal information.
3. How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and secure the Service.
- To display baskets, returns, and the on-chain activity you request.
- To analyze aggregate usage and improve the product.
- To respond to your messages and provide support.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies and may use privacy-respecting analytics. Where required, we ask for consent and let you decline non-essential cookies. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
5. Third parties
The Service interacts with public blockchains, RPC providers, wallet software, and bridges operated by third parties. Those parties handle data under their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices, and we encourage you to review their terms.
6. Data retention and security
We retain non-custodial usage data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
7. Your choices
Because the Service is non-custodial and account-free, the simplest way to stop sharing data with us is to stop using the Service and disconnect your wallet. For analytics or communications data, you may contact us to request access or deletion where applicable law allows.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
